Remote Control on a Mac running Mojave
If you are running Mojave on your Apple computer (Mac OSX 10.14), you may run into issues if anyone tries to access your Mac remotely. This could manifest itself if Marathon Software needs to provide remote assistance using our Zoho Assist product.
To ensure that your Mac is configured to enable remote access, once you have installed the Zoho Assist package, you will need to complete the steps outlined in the following article: -
Note, you will not be able to compete the above steps if the Zoho Assist package has not been installed.
